The days of spotting a hedgehog shuffling through the shrubs in your garden could be vanishing.
A new survey has revealed that just one in five Ulster householders has spotted a hedgehog in their garden - the lowest sighting in the UK.
Residents have seen almost half as many more bats and pond life, including toads and frogs, all identified as the most common species in Irish gardens."
