"Hedgehog: small mammal, with pig-like snout covered in sharp spines.

At present, very few people realise just how tasty hedgehog can really be. But we at Eth!cal PR intend to upside that negative response to something much, much more positive!

Hot news: We're proud to announce that our brilliant campaign for HEDGE (formerly the Hedgehog Marketing Board) has been successful in having hedgehog adopted as the Official Snack Food for the 2012 London Olympics. Yes - it's the all-round versatility of the hedgehog that makes it Britain's favourite dish of choice - it's great with pasta, as a salad, or, thinly sliced, it makes terrific sushi!

With the launch of the healthy-option, 100 per cent organic Hogburger this autumn, we're convinced that Britain's going Hedgehog-crazy! Note to Diary Editors: Sadie Frost was spotted in tears eating hedgehog tempura in a fashionable eaterie in Islington yesterday!"
